About Julia
Hi! I’m Julia—a Canadian-born, Israel-based Registered Dietitian, wife, and mom.
Having struggled with my own relationship with food, I originally entered the dietetics profession to help people manage their weight; however, my perspective soon shifted. I moved away from the "diet" mindset to focus on helping people find true health, regardless of their body shape or size.
As an Olah myself, I know that adapting to a new country is about so much more than just a language barrier. Navigating a new food environment while managing the stress of Aliyah can often lead to emotional eating and body image struggles. I help my clients navigate these specific challenges—whether you are managing a chronic condition, healing from disordered eating, or simply trying to find a sustainable lifestyle. Through one-on-one support and community workshops, I provide the tools you need to build a routine that supports your goals and helps you feel at home in your body.
